How do I access my eLearning?

After your order is confirmed, the eLearning Support Team will be in touch to organise access for you (or your colleague(s)). We aim to do this within 4 hours during business hours*.

Once the new account has been created, or the existing account update, the Support Team will email you the log in instructions.

If you are buying as an individual or small business, you will access your eLearning through our standard LMS (Skills for Health eLearning)

If it's been longer than 4 business hours, and you still haven't heard from the Support Team, then something is up! The first thing to do is check your junk mail for emails from If you don't find anything here, then please forward your order receipt to and explain that you've not had your access details.

If you're buying as a business (with an eLearning content order value over £750) you will access your eLearning with LearnSpace Lite, Core, or Pro. We will arrange training and provide access to our support portal so you can manage and assign training.
